    Who's going to be there?

Too many fantastic vendors to list, honestly. Some of the one's we are looking forward to are below in no particular order.

Ekiben - Ekiben recently made that fabled transition from food cart to brick-and-mortar. They offer Asian comfort food, but the owners are looking to expand their menu, which is fine by us, since one look at the pics on their Facebook page proves they know what they're doing.

Cream Cruiser - Beware: The website will make your mouth water as fast as ice cream melts on a hot day. Cream Cruiser slings ice cream sandwiches with a customer-centric approach that allows the masses to craft each treat to their own taste buds.

Alma Cocina Latina - Arepas are hot, and for good reason. Alma has taken this phenomenon to a whole new level with their dedicated arepa bar menu. Sample them at EmporiYUM, then head to the restaurant for dinner with live music and a healthy dose of latin culture.

Union Craft Brewery This Baltimore brewery launched in 2011 with their Duckpin Pale Ale, and they haven't looked back since. Union Craft has a plethora of seasonal, year-round, and small batch brews, some of which will be on hand at EmporiYUM as culinary experiences in their own right.

B-More Tasteful - Family is first with this bakery. B-More Tasteful takes old-school family recipes and crafts sugar-filled confections that showcase taste and freshness. Save room for dessert, or head straight to their booth because, why not?

Maggie's Farm - Chef Tim Hogan has helped this restaurant garner more awards than Cal Ripken Jr. Most recently, Maggie's Farm was named one of the best "first-date" restaurants via the Baltimore Sun. Taking someone special to EmporiYUM? Here's your chance to impress.

Bottom Up Bagels - Bottom Up Bagels is a Baltimore staple, and a regular at the Waverly 32nd Place Farmers Market. Fresh bagels will always catch our attention especially if they come with creative cream cheese (can you say sirarcha?!).

V-No- Drinks with view, that's what V-No wine bar and shop is known for. Well, we're looking forward to seeing their reds and whites on display this weekend. Can't wait, in fact!

KoDee Cakes- KoDee Cakes is notorious for their wide assortment of flavors including fan favorites such as Vanilla Bean Kahlua or White Chocolate Truffle. What are they bringing to EmporiYUM? We have no idea. It's going to be like Christmas morning, but our letter to Santa just said "Cake".

DiamondBack Beer- Started by two friends who met at the University of Maryland in 2014, this brewery produces a changing cast of fantastic ales and IPAs. You're going to be thirsty at this thing, so make sure you make a mental note to search these guys out.

Charm City Beverage- Brilliant branding sets this company apart. Their signature boxed water is undeniably hip, and better for the environment than the unfortunately ubiquitous plastic eyesores. The box will catch your eyes, but what's in the box will make you coming back for more. May sound funny, but... it's damn good water. Plus, they have an assortment of other beverages to keep you quenched.

Hale's Homemade- Hale's product comes to you with no preservatives, making all natural salsa that brings out the best in its flavors. Try the "Hotter than Hale" variety. Then, run back to Charm City Beverage...

Trisha's Almond Toffee- This toffee shop brings the trifecta of chocolates (white, dark, and milk) to Baltimore's toffee scene. Didn't know there was a Baltimore toffee scene? You're missing out, but not for long.

Charm City Mead - Charm City Mead is bringing mead back in a big way. The fermented honey drink was a big hit in the middle ages, but fell out of favor for... a while. That was a mistake on humanity's part, but CCM is making up for it. If you've never tried mead, now's your chance. Dare you not to buy one of their beautiful bottles. So good.

B&O American Brasserie- B & O Restaurant brings Baltimore to their dishes by selecting their ingredients from local farmer's markets. Freshness and flavor from Maryland's finest farms. Need we say more?

The Corner Pantry Executive Chef Neill Howell brings his experience as a chef in London to Corner Pantry, so we can all enjoy some modern British fare. Lucky us. Very, very lucky us.

8Ball Meatball 8Ball Meatball has made good on meatball mania. That's all you need to know. Oh, and bring your creativity to their spot at EmporiYUM. There will be choices to be made. All delicious choices, we're sure.

That's just a sample of what's in store. Hope we didn't overwhelm you with all this info... Let us know if you'll be heading to EmporiYUM, we would love to meet you!
