Last month, we had the chance to connect with one of our many amazing clients, Mollaga Indian Grill, to learn about their experience using BlueCart to place online orders to their wholesale suppliers.

Mollaga Indian Grill — History and Background

Mollaga Indian Grill was established in July 2017 with the goal of bringing authentic Indian recipes to their customers and serving them in a contemporary fashion. More than two years have gone by and the restaurant has now become a casual spot for the folks in town.

One of their main goals is to prepare authentic and healthy grilled Indian food for their customers to enjoy. They place a strong emphasis on using well-balanced spice blends in their cooking and have come up with a wide variety of menu items that promote a health-conscious approach, from their most popular Chicken Madrasi dish to their Vegan Hearty Chickpea and Kale.

Recently, they launched a "Mollaga Express" food truck and are working towards opening their second location in Princeton in the near future.
