  • What if you don't work with my supplier?

    We do work with your supplier, maybe they just don't know it yet! Seriously, we send orders to any and all suppliers you order from. If they aren't on BlueCart, the order comes in email form. If they are on BlueCart, they get their orders automatically organized into a personal, online order management system. It's up to them.

  • My suppliers have different order minimums, does BlueCart know the difference?

    Yep. BlueCart is completely customizable. Buyers and suppliers can set delivery minimums and dates easily.

  • Are suppliers' prices listed publicly for everyone to see?

    NO WAY! Suppliers only share their catalogs with buyers they trust. Sorry for the all caps. It's just.. No. We're very serious about this one.

  • Will you charge my supplier or sales rep if I give you my product list / order guide?

    Nope. Suppliers that don't want to be on the platform don't have to be. We're not forcing anyone and there are no shady charges. We just think that once suppliers see the beauty that is simple, automatically organized orders, they won't want to do it any other way. If they decide against joining, you can still order from them via BlueCart, they just won't get the full benefits of ordering made simple.

  • What happens if an order doesn't get delivered?

    Same thing as happens now. You get in touch with your supplier and figure out what happened. BUT, this time you both have an awesome tool to help solve the problem: a clear record of all communication tied directly to a specific order. Pinpoint the problem, fix the mistake, and get back to business. No more confusion.

  • Can more than one person place orders for my restaurant?

    Sure! You can have as many accounts as you want... within reason. Give everyone who places orders their own login for maximum transparency. Let the bar manager order for the bar, the kitchen manager order for the kitchen, and whoever orders toilet paper can do that too.

  • Does BlueCart process payments?

    Not yet. For now, payments are between buyers and suppliers. Eventually we may look into this, but for now, you can keep handling payments the way you always have.

  • I'm setting up a new restaurant and don't have any suppliers yet, can you help?

    Absolutely! We would love to connect you with suppliers on our platform. It's up to them if they want to share their catalogs with you and accept your orders... but we're happy to make the introduction! Email us at support@bluecart.com for more information.

  • I need to add additional products to my list, what do I do?

    No problem, just send your update to support@bluecart.com in whatever format you have. Excel Sheet? Word Doc? Picture on your phone? No problem. We have bots for that. (And Frank. Frank's pretty good at fixing things too.)

  • How safe is my information?

    Our servers are hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and secured using Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) with Symantec's SSL Certificate's 256 bit key encryption to ensure your data is always protected. I have no idea what this means. If you want more information, ask Jag.
